Anti-Zionist-not-antisemite and actor Ryan Jefferson Booth has posted a story to his Instagram in which he reveals that he is trying to get the Israellycool Facebook page banned.
And that he is really bad at spelling.
I could almost forgive him for spelling my surname as “Lang” and not “Lange”, despite the fact my name appears beneath every blog post. But spelling (blog) “piece” as “peace”? Unforgivable!
His spelling is not the only thing that is off. He claims his followers have doubled since I first wrote about him. They have increased from approximately 1,800 (as I mentioned here) to almost 2,500 today. That is nowhere near double. I am assuming he had the same math teacher as this guy (as well as history teacher, come to think of it).
But leaving aside his apparently lack of intelligence, what is worse is his constant lying. I have never once called him “an enormous threat to Israel.” The only thing he is an enormous threat to, apparently, is his own liver. What I have written about him is:
- His fellow haters of Israel could not get his name right (which must have been a huge blow to his ego, and probably why he is seem so triggered by my posts)
- He supports terrorism, calling it “defending your own home”
- He claims to love Jews and only have an issue with “Zionists”, but it is clear to me he is full of it (and likely fully of Glenfiddich)
Oh, and he is probably not starting to like me.
He also claims I am obsessed with him, which is a common refrain of those Israel-haters and Jew-haters I put under the microscope (and rich coming from someone constantly railing against Israel and “Zionists”).
Booth is asking followers to report my Facebook page because he claims it is bullying and harassment. It is nothing of the kind. In fact, him siccing his followers on to me is closer to that than anything I have written about him.
But don’t get me wrong. I do not mind his response because I take it as a validation of my approach to fight back using humor and ridicule against these people in the face of their lies and hate.
