The following advertisement has been appearing in my Facebook feed the past few days – and has been bothering me.
Don’t get me wrong, the tour sounds great. It is just that the colors worn by the woman on the right aren’t exactly expressing “Zionism”, to say the least!
In her defense, she may just have liked those colors and been posing for a simple holiday snap, and not specifically for this advertisement for the Zionist touring company. Besides, I assume they did not see anything wrong with having this photo represent them.
However, they are now aware (and even responded)
yet are still running the ad.
I sincerely hope they remove it and replace it with one featuring a different photo, because what they are advertising sounds worthwhile.
