It has been a while since I have blogged about antisemitic DouchebloggerTM Richard Silverstein. Perhaps you can attribute that to there being too many antisemites, too little time, or just not being able to keep up with his nastiness and numbskullery.
But it is good to once in a while pay him a visit to get some grist for the mill. And in this case, it involves displaying (again) his ignorance of both Hebrew and Judaism.
In his (predictable) post on the spitting Jews, El Doucherino translates the tweet of Ha’aretz reporter Nir Hasson (hat tip: Yaakov):
Except his translation is completely wrong. Hasson did not write that the worshipers were met with four Jews, but rather encountered Jews with the four species. Anyone with even a cursory knowledge of the Jewish holiday of Sukkot who has seen the video will know this is what Hasson wrote.
Heck, Silverstein could have clicked on Translate tweet and had the correct translation delivered to him on a platter. Instead, I am handing his arse back to him on a platter yet again for another example of his ignorance, despite claiming to be knowledgeable on Judaism and fluent in Hebrew.
