Meet Guy Christensen or, as I prefer to call him, the Pubic Poodle:
A ‘TikToker’ who goes under the name YourFavoriteGuy, Christensen’s name might scream of White privilege, but that – and the fact he is neither Arab or Jewish – does not stop him from spouting his really ill-informed opinions on Israel and the Middle East to his 3.2 million+ followers.
For example, here he is displaying his intimidating knowledge, mispronouncing the name of Israel’s parliament as the “Nesset”:
No broccoli head 🥦, It's not called the

Nesset it's the Knesset.
Guy Christensen is a joke, he doesn't even know basic information about the name of Israel's parliament and we're supposed to believe that Israel tried paying him off $5000. 🤡 https://t.co/bf1s9fcbcj pic.twitter.com/5sNbXnNifh
Here he is making more stuff up (with bonus antisemitism):
@yourfavoriteguy Netanyahu revealed his plans for post-war Gaza #YOURFAVORITEGUY ♬ original sound – YourFavoriteGuy
and here he is defending his beloved Girls Scouts (I assume he is a member):
@yourfavoriteguy the Girl Scouts are in hot water after threatining some of their girls with legal action for selling bracelets to raise money for Palestinian children #girlscouts #YOURFAVORITEGUY ♬ original sound – YourFavoriteGuy
Note how he wants his viewers to also chip in on his College education. The grift is real.
According to Pubic Poodle himself, he became pro-Palestinian actually after October 7th. I kid you not.
As a content creator, I spent years primarily calling out injustices within my own country of the United States and offering commentary on current events that young people care about. But all that changed on Oct. 7.
Before then, I was just a high school senior with a platform on TikTok (@yourfavoriteguy) and a vague awareness of tension between Israel and Palestine.
But then Hamas attacked Israel. At the time, I had no idea this would begin unravelling a compelling narrative of oppression, colonisation, and a quest for justice that would redefine my understanding of the world.
In the same piece, he displays some more of his antisemitism:
The influence does not stop there; the tendrils of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) reach deep into the political landscape
Not surprisingly, this walking advertisement for contraception once faked his own death in order to get social media clout.
Will we ever see Guy Christensen apologize to the Jewish community, like he's apologized for faking his death to gain TikTok clout? https://t.co/bf1s9fcbcj pic.twitter.com/8yhaCy2dT5

Christensen represents somewhat of a template for the brainwashing we are seeing mainly on TikTok, but also on other social media platforms.
Take one young person, add the trendy-but-shitty-opinion of the day (which is usually antisemitic and certainly anti-Israel), add a TikTok/Instagram/YouTube channel, sprinkle in (p)oodles of narcissism and opportunism, and you get this young Nick Jonas-who-clearly-hasn’t-boycotted-McDonalds-burgers, low rent lookalike:

Old and busted: Cabbage Patch.
New hotness: Garbage Pube.
