Hatred of the Jews and the Jewish state is a debilitating illness that can cause people to think illogically, to see “Zionists” pulling the strings everywhere (not to mention other delusions), and to act in unhinged, jerk fashion.
Exhibit A: This faceless woman who went after McDonald employees because – wait for it – the burger packaging was blue and white, which happen to be the same colors as the Israeli flag (as well as millions of other things):

The woman was clearly rattled, because she forgot to accuse the “Zionists” of putting palestinian parts into the burger patties.
I just have to wonder whether she ordered a burger with or without pickles:
