Nasser Mashni Liked Tweets Celebrating October 7, and Other Disturbing Tweets

Last week, I exposed how APAN President Nasser Mashni – who likes to portray himself as a good guy interested in peace – liked a tweet essentially painting all Israeli civilians as legitimate targets, as well as one lamenting the fact palestinian Arabs are criticized for things like terrorism. I wrote at the time:

I have only just started to look into Mashni’s ‘Likes’ and I suspect if I continue, I will uncover more gems.

Today, I looked deeper into all the tweets that Mashni liked from October 7th until now, and sure enough, there are gems. And by “gems”, I mean a smoking gun when it comes to Mashni’s real views and not the sanitized ones he tries to convey when trying to appeal to a wider, more reasonable audience.

Tweets about the October 7th attacks

A look at the tweets that Mashni liked the day Hamas terrorists infiltrated into Israel and butchering 1,139, kidnapping 250 and raping an indeterminate number – as well as the subsequent days – is revealing and chilling, and explains why he has not been able to unequivocally condemn Hamas, even when asked on television.

The liked tweets range from those justifying Hamas’ attack to those actually celebrating it:

“epic”
“unprecedented”
“something else”

Mashni also liked tweets criticizing those who reported or otherwise painted the attacks as the vile terrorism they truly were:

Full tweet he liked

liked a tweet suggesting the hostages were safe with Hamas (we know Hamas have already murdered many):

Shiri Bibas and young sons Ariel, 4, and Kfir, who was 9 months old when he was kidnapped. We still do not know their fate

and one mocking the innocent Nova festival goers fleeing for their lives (many did not make it and were murdered, kidnapped and/or raped by Hamas):

Terrorism in general

In addition to tweets specifically about October 7, Mashni has liked tweets defending palestinian Arab terrorism as legitimate “resistance”, or otherwise celebrating and glorifying terrorists:

Fatima Bernawi, who attempted to bomb a movie theatre
PFLP terrorist Ghassan Kanafani
Islamic Jihad terrorist terrorist Khader Adnan

He has also liked a tweet justifying UNRWA employing actual terrorists:

liked a tweet criticizing Israel-hater ‘Chunk’ Cenk Uygur, who warned fellow Israel-haters to stop chanting “From the River to the Sea” because it is hurtful to Jews:

the tweet being responded to

liked tweets alleging Hamas war crimes did not actually occur:

Antisemitism

In addition to the terror-love, Mashni has liked tweets hating on Jews.

Like this one suggesting proud Jews are all physically ugly:

this one attacking the Jewish owners of a water company (who give to many good causes):

this one promoting “Zionist free zones”:

this one fantasizing about the death of the Jews behind the Australian Jewish Association:

these tweets comparing us to the Nazis (in flagrant breach of the IHRA working definition of antisemitism):

this one lamenting the fact Kanye had essentially apologized to the Jews for his antisemitic outbursts:

and this one essentially justifying some antisemitism:

Please share this post and help me expose Mashni for the terror-supporting antisemite that he seems to be.
