Rashida Tlaib Mourns the Sity She Threw Under The Bus

Rashida Tlaib is in full propaganda mode, following the death of her sity (grandmother):

On the first day of Ramadan, I got the news that my Sity Muftieh transitioned. I feel like a part of me died too. She said she would wait for me a few years ago. She wanted me to come to Beit Ur El Foka and pick figs from the fig trees surrounding her modest home. She loved her farm (especially her chickens) with olive trees everywhere you looked. Sity loved helping other people who would stop by for water, tea or a bite to eat.

She was Palestine for me. Everything I love about Palestinians and being Palestinian myself she contained in her. She was tiny but had the biggest and kindest heart. The first photo was taken after I won my first congressional election in 2018. She wore her best Palestinian thobe and was full of pride. The video was from my last election where she did the traditional zagharit to display joy.

Sity and the family see me as their bird flying free while they are caged under oppression and violence. It brings me to tears knowing she never saw a Free Palestine, but I know her spirit streams through the leaves of her olive and fig trees while her body forever will be in Palestine.

Allah Yerhama

I find it curious she refers to Sity dying as “transitioned”, since that word does not mean what she thinks it means. And given the Wokesters to which she panders, how can she not know that?

But it is this part that I find particularly interesting:

She said she would wait for me a few years ago. She wanted me to come to Beit Ur El Foka and pick figs from the fig trees surrounding her modest home.

What Trashida doesn’t mention is how she totally could have done that. She was granted permission by Israel in 2019 to visit Sity, “on the condition that she pledged not to act to promote boycotts against Israel” (a fair enough condition). After initially agreeing to respect these restrictions, she backtracked, and pretty much threw Sity under the bus.

So instead of visiting Beit Ur El Foka, she essentially told Sity to El Foka off.

Trashida later lied and claimed we prohibited her from visiting Sity.

And now Sity has transitioned is dead.
