Nasser Mashni Shows His Antisemitism Isn’t Just Skin Deep

APAN President Nasser Mashni – being the typical anti-Zionist-not-antisemite, would like people to think he has nothing against Jews.

But being the typical anti-Zionist-not-antisemite, Nasser recently got sloppy.

“Israel and Australia share two things in common, aside from being a s–thole, racist, settler colony … They also have the highest incidence of skin cancer… Their skin is designed for northern Europe … but our skin is designed for this land, it’s designed for the Middle East. Not to say Judaism isn’t connected to the land.”

The only thing true about this statement is his insinuation that Judaism is connected to the land – an odd thing for him to have admitted, given everything he says until then is saying the exact opposite!

DNA studies and archaeological evidence show that the Jewish people originated in the Middle East, and the different ethnicities are owed to our historical dispersion around the world. But leaving that aside for a second, only about 32% of the population are Ashkenazi Jews, who trace their ancestry to central Europe, most often via Eastern Europe. Our largest ethnic group (40-45%) are Mizrahi Jews, whose ancestors ancestors hailed from Jewish communities in the Middle East, including Israel itself, as well as North Africa. And dare I say it, they have darker skin than Nasser Mashni:

Plus I really don’t think Mashni wants to open up this can of worms:

Mashni’s skin cancer statistics are also a blatant lie. While Australia is top of the charts, Israel is nowhere to be seen:

And even Australia’s high incidence of skin cancer has a different explanation than his “European colonizer” theory:

Skin cancers (including both melanomas and non-melanomas) result from skin damage by ultraviolet radiation (UVR), which accounts for at least 95% of all skin cancers in Australia. Australia experiences high levels of UVR, resulting from the reduction in their ozone layer since the 1970s. The stratospheric ozone layer absorbs the biologically damaging wavelengths of ultraviolet (UV) rays but in the 1970s, Australia’s ozone layer was severely thinned as a consequence of heavy use of ozone-depleting, substances such as chloroflurocarbons (CFCs) and hydro-chloroflurocarbons (HCFCs).

Despite strict control on these substances after the passing of the 1987 Montreal Protocol, Australia’s ozone still has a long road to recovery to reach its original levels. Full recovery of the ozone layer is not expected until at least the end of this century, if not well in to the next one.

Of course, this isn’t news. Mashni needs to lie in order to advance his agenda because his entire cause is based on lies.

And those who lie about Jewish history and genealogy in order to deny our right to self-determination in our historical homeland are most certainly antisemites.

Mind you, making fun of the idea of antisemitism while amplifying a Hamas-affiliated news account are also pretty good indications of Mashni’s antisemitism:

Let’s also not lose sight of the fact that Mashni is biting the hand that feeds him when he trashes Australia. I hope more Australians wake up to this snake in their midst.
