A few days ago, I posted how Nasser Mashni, the “respectable” face of the anti-Israel movement in Australia, was taunting Australian Jews on social media.
Following the rescue of our hostages, Mashni has gone from taunting Australian Jews to full on inciting against them.

Australian reactions to the Israeli military operation that rescued 4 hostages & reportedly killed over 200 Palestinians, injuring 400 more:

By retweeting this, Mashni is portraying Australian Jews as heartless people, reveling in the deaths of innocent people. Of course, this is not true; they were celebrating the rescue of innocent people from the hands of Hamas and their civilian accomplices. And while there may have been actual innocent people killed, the blame for this lies squarely with Hamas for kidnapping civilians and then having them held up in the homes of Gazan civilians in the first place. And you can bet many – if not most – of those killed were actual terrorists or terrorist accomplices.
Note how Mashni did not even bother to mention “Zionists”, but rather “the Jewish community.” It seems Mashni either got sloppy or just doesn’t feel like hiding his antipathy towards Jews anymore.
Be that as it may, Mashni’s tweet can only serve to incite anger against Australian Jews. We can only hope one or more of Mashni’s followers do not decide to do something stupid and commit any violent acts against Jews.
Meanwhile, he is also insinuating that the hostages were treated well by Hamas, while comparing us to the Nazis:
