On Instagram, the Free Palestine Printing (FPP) account has launched a very worrying verbal attack against a Jewish school in Melbourne, as well as its students:
Mount Scopus Memorial College in Melbourne is recognized for its prestigious reputation as a Jewish/Zionist school. The school has a strong connection with the IDF, with IDF soldiers frequently visiting to engage with students through talks and letter-writing campaigns; Letters written by children who have no idea of the horrors these soldiers are inflicting on Palestinian children of the same age. It is also not uncommon for graduates of Mount Scopus to continue their education in Israel by joining the IDF, a military organization that has faced allegations of genocide, ethnic cleansing, and the deaths of thousands of children.
Despite the troubling actions associated with the IDF, graduates of Mount Scopus who have been involved are often celebrated and allowed to reintegrate into Australian society without facing any repercussions. This pattern of IDF soldiers returning to civilian life without accountability is a concerning trend, with many individuals in Melbourne unaware of the potential horrors these soldiers may have been a part of.
It is also more concerning to note that Mount Scopus receives substantial government funding & grants totalling an astonishing $6,511,470 – PER YEAR! This raises questions about the ethical implications of taxpayer dollars supporting a school with such close ties to a genocidal state facing serious allegations of human rights violations.
Now Let’s flip the script here and say students graduating from an Islamic school headed over to the Middle East to fight – to take up arms; to engage in war. They would be labeled as Terrorists & they most certainly would not be allowed back into Australia; yet those joining the IDF have a green light.
The hypocrisy and Islamophobia of these laws is typical of Australia it seems as we continue to see the double standards of our government.
It is essential for the school’s connections with the IDF to undergo thorough scrutiny, and a reconsideration of government funding is warranted.
Individuals involved in activities that contribute to war crimes should not be allowed to return to Australian society.
We do not want child killers walking the streets of Melbourne.
The post contains photos of students at the school, as well as the name of one past student who joined the IDF. This is incitement, plain and simple.

Also bear in mind that FPP support Hamas and their genocidal actions. So do the math.
In my opinion, those behind FPP need to be arrested for this incitement against Jewish children. The tricky thing is they operate in the shadows, anonymously.
