The new Disney live action remake of Snow White has made the news for all the wrong reasons, living floppily ever after at the Box Office and enjoying one of, if not the, lowest rating on IMDB. It seems the main reason is that the movie was wokified into an abomination, and a lot of this has to do with the actress playing Snow White Rachel Zegler, who you may recall threw her co-star, Israeli actress Gal Gadot, under the bus with a ‘Free Palestine’ tweet.
Despite Zegler’s support for their morally bankrupt cause, the Israel-haters have called to boycott the movie because of Gal’s involvement, in what might just be the most superfluous boycott of all time. Yet they somehow think the movie’s terrible box office performance is because of this boycott and not because, say, the movie really, really sucks.
Among the haters, many are attacking Gal, not just for being Israeli and a former IDF soldier, but for being a bad actress.
Then there’s antisemitic terror supporter Maram Susli, who has gone after Gal for – wait for it – being physically unattractive.
Note the rank antisemitism in what she is saying.
Now I get she scoured the Internet looking for less flattering photos of Gal, but Gal still looks great.
If she wants to claim Gal’s eyes are “close set”, I would suggest they only look that way when compared to her co-star’s.
