Antisemitic terror supporter Hash Tayeh, already in trouble with the law for his “all Zionists are terrorists” chant, seems determined to end up in jail.
He has posted video of himself engaged in a possible crime: encouraging people to doxx regular Australians if they happened to have served in the IDF.
Yesterday, I stood at a peaceful rally and spoke from the heart — calling for justice, truth, and humanity. Today, Sagi Simchon — a self-described proud IDF veteran — has publicly called me out on his LinkedIn. As a prominent founder and board member of renowned companies, Sagi… pic.twitter.com/NLsMuxbZgy

Since there seems to be a problem with Twitter embeds on this site (at least for mobile), here is the video in his tweet:
But we need to begin the fight here.
We need to make sure that our electorates win.
We need to make sure that we are voting in people that care about humanity. People that care about equality.
People that care about justice.
We need to make sure that we are holding the IDF soldiers that are reintegrating into society here in Australia.
We need to hold them accountable for their war crimes. We need to make sure that they are charged, that they are tried, and that they are not among us.
How would anyone feel if they knew someone was fighting with ISIS and quietly reintegrated into society?
You would be scared.
That person could be a teacher, a police member, a doctor, a nurse, and open up schools to reintegrate into this society. We must not allow this. We need to keep that at the top of our agenda.
Do not allow their distractions to distract us from holding them accountable. Hold them accountable. Identify them.
Make sure they are known. Bring awareness. Bringing awareness to a genocidal war crimes maniac is not doxing.
You have a responsibility, a moral responsibility, to expose them. To let people know that they are their neighbours, their doctors, their teachers. They need to be exposed.
Personally, I don’t want to live next door to someone that’s committed a crime.
Granted, I am not a lawyer, but I ran this through ChatGPT, which found:
- The speech encourages the identification and exposure of individuals alleged to be former IDF soldiers. If this results in publishing their names, addresses, workplaces, or other personal details, it could be considered doxxing under privacy and harassment laws.
- The transcript repeatedly calls for individuals to “identify,” “expose,” and “make sure they are known.” This could be interpreted as encouraging harassment or targeted intimidation.

In addition, his post implied Sagi Simchon may have been involved in war crimes, which could also open Hash up to defamation proceedings.
Now while Hash states “Bringing awareness to a genocidal war crimes maniac is not doxing,” IDF soldiers are not “genocidal war crimes maniacs,” just like “Zionists” are not “terrorists.” Besides, this is not how the doxxing laws work.
But I will leave it to law enforcement and the lawyers. This post will hopefully serve to bring his words to their attention.
