I was already aware that Game of Thrones actor Liam Cunningham – who played Sir Davos Seaworth – was an outspoken Israel-hater. But he seems to have gotten even worse since 2019, the last time I saw one of his tweets.
His entire X feed is devoted to tweeting against Israel, sharing things whether they are true or not. But more than that, he shows support for Irish hip hop trio Kneecap, who have themselves made clear they heart terror organizations Hamas and Hizbullah:
If that wasn’t bad enough, he tries to demonize all Zionists and Israelis as unfeeling, evil people, deserving of retribution, based on a tweet by one anonymous person:
Leaving aside for a second that Cunningham has retweeted someone who himself has amplifed a tweet with a video from Neo Nazi Ryan Dawson, Cunningham has not done his due diligence looking into the anonymous tweeter he implies represents all Israelis and Zionists.
A quick look at their X profile and it is patently obvious this person is an antisemite masquerading as a Jew, in order to increase hatred against us; their feed is full of tweets playing into antisemitic tropes and trying to paint us as bloodthirsty killers:
Yet Cunningham blindly assumes it is an actual Israel supporter representative of all Israel supporters; presumably because he actually views us as bloodthirsty killers.
More than that, it shows he cares little about fact-checking before posting things to demonize the Jewish state.
But there’s more.
Cunningham himself plays into antisemitic tropes, like that of Jews controlling governments:
encourages the doxxing of British IDF soldiers, potentially placing their lives in danger:
and retweets some of the worst X accounts, including antisemitic terror supporter Jackson Hinkle:
Jew-hater Brandon Taylor Moore:
and the Hamas-affiliated Quds News Network:
And I am sure I would discover more, if I was not limited by time and kept looking into his X timeline.
Liam Cunningham: another actor so good at his craft, he had us fooled that he was one of the good guys.
