All Eyes on Sudan? Not Until Nasser Mashni Saw a Way to Blame Israel

Earlier today, antisemitic terror supporter Nasser Mashni, the face of Israel-hatred in Australia, tweeted the following:

Note the caption – it is meant to evoke the “All Eyes on Rafah” campaign and implies what is going on in Sudan is comparable to what is happening in Gaza.

This is of course a lie. Sudan is the world’s largest and most devastating humanitarian crisis with over 30 million people needing aid this year, 16 million of them children trying to survive in dire conditions. And while there is a humanitarian crisis in Gaza, it is not nearly on this scale, and is the result of a war brought on by Hamas.

Nasser Mashni constantly claims he is about human rights for all, so you’d think he has constantly banged on about Sudan (like he has “Palestine”) since the crisis began in April 2023.

You’d be wrong.

Besides the above tweet, Mashni has tweeted a grand total of 5 other times about Sudan:

and devoted a grand total of one podcast to it.

While he preaches to others “Don’t stop talking about Sudan” and “Don’t forget Sudan”!

In the same time period, he has spoken about “Palestine” thousands of time.

Note also how the first time he mentioned Sudan at all was May 2024, over a year after the crisis began, and well after October 7.

I have very little doubt that Nasser Mahni cares less about what is happening in Sudan and more about exploiting the crisis for his own anti-Israel agenda. We have seen this opportunist par excellence already try to exploit other causes this way, especially after October 7. Case in point: his efforts to make common cause with indigenous Australians, claiming just as they were colonized, so were the palestinian Arabs.

So spare us the crocodile tears, Nasser.

You weren’t shouting “All Eyes on Sudan” when children were starving by the thousands. You only found your voice when you saw an opportunity to weaponize another tragedy to smear Israel. And even then, you hardly speak about it.

This isn’t about human rights. It’s about hijacking every humanitarian crisis for your one-track obsession: demonizing the Jewish state.

The dead in Sudan deserve better than to be reduced to props in Mashni’s propaganda parade.

Update: Here’s how Mashni views the burning of the flag of Australia, the country that afford him all of his freedoms.
