Another of the haters I have exposed on here has let it be known my articles have gotten to her.
I am referring to Veronica Sherman, who claims to be Jewish, and uses her “Judaism” to bash Israel at every available opportunity.

I’ve been exposed as a FAUX JEW!!!!
I’ve been waiting to share this for a while now. Actually since a similar article was written about me after I burned my Israe|i passport in Canberra earlier this year
Obviously there are more important things happening in the world.
But allow me just quickly to respond:
Last time I was called a fake Jew in person, I wasn’t alone.
I had a woman next to me whose parents were in the Holocaust. And the man standing next to me was born in Israe| to Jewish parents and he served in the army.All three of us were told we’re not “real Jews.”
Zi0nists looooove deciding who is and isn’t Jewish.
Now, for the record…I couldn’t care less if someone thinks I’m Jewish or not. Probably similar levels to how much a platypus cares if people thinks it’s a mammal or not. Care factor zero
But LOTS of zi0nists are getting their knickers in a knot about it.
So I have bad news for them.
I am in fact a CARD CARRYING JEW
And so far every shmuck in Melbourne that I’ve asked for a legal proof that they are Jewish…has nothing to show for it.
Unlike me, who has a תעוד זהות. Which is an Israe|i ID card. And inside it, if you squint…you can read that it says: יהודי
Jewish.Damn.
I know, it’s hard to comprehend.
But we do exist.
And yes, I’m not a stereotypical Melbourne Jew. But in Israe| there are lots of us “faux Jews” who don’t fit the kosher box…but are in fact Jewish.
I’ve never once claimed to be Jewish by religion. But by heritage I am.
Here’s the thing though. If you don’t think I’m Jewish, that’s totally okay. Go ahead and think that. My alliance is with people who care about humanity and the sanctity of life. Anyone who thinks there’s an “exclusive” group of humans whose blood is more special…are not my people.

None of what Veronica Sherman posted disproves my expose.
As I wrote at the time:
But here’s the thing. She is not Jewish.
I know this because I dug into her own story as she wrote in her own book called Happily Made.
Don’t worry, I didn’t read her book (I am not that much of a glutton for punishment), but she did make things easier for me by uploading videos of herself narrating it on her Youtube Channel. I simply downloaded the videos dealing with her childhood in Israel, downloaded the transcripts, and went over them to understand better her background.
Here’s some interesting things I learned about her:
- Veronica Sherman’s father was born Jewish but her mother wasn’t
- She found her Jewish father to be abusive
- Both her parents became religious Christians and moved to Israel to preach the Gospel and convert Jews to Christianity
- Veronica Sherman lived as a Christian in Israel and never really identified with Jewish Israelis
- She left Israel to preach the Gospel in New Zealand, but was already becoming disillisioned with Israel
True, an Israeli ID card will only list you as Jewish if your mother is Jewish. Now. But back in 1991 (the date on her card), some people were registered as “Jewish” rather than “non-Jewish but eligible”, even when this did not align with Jewish law (halacha). Clerks often relied on things like declarations, documents from abroad, and incomplete family records, which created population registry entries that did not reflect halachic reality.
We also know that both the mother and father were active in Christian missionary work. Had Israel’s population registry realized this, they may very well have removed the mother from being listed as Jewish for civil purposes and registered her as Christian or without religion.
As for Veronica Sherman, she also lived as a Christian in Israel and never really identified with Jewish Israelis. She admits “I’ve never once claimed to be Jewish by religion” and says “But by heritage I am.” Clearly, she is only identifying as Jewish now in order to demonize the Jewish state.
What’s funny is the irony of Veronica Sherman accusing Zionists of “‘deciding who is Jewish”‘ while she uses her Israeli-issued ID to legitimize her attacks on Israel. She hates the state, yet relies on its administrative labels to give herself a platform!
So no, this isn’t about “Zionists deciding who is and isn’t Jewish.” It’s about facts, and more importantly, intent.
Judaism isn’t a costume you pull out of the wardrobe when it’s time to bash Israel. And it certainly isn’t something you suddenly discover in yourself once you realise it gives you moral cover to attack Jews as a Jew.
If Veronica Sherman wants to reject Judaism, Israel, Jewish peoplehood, Jewish religion, and Jewish solidarity – that’s her right. But she doesn’t then get to weaponize a claimed Jewish identity to legitimize hostility toward the Jewish state while standing shoulder to shoulder with those who want it erased.
