A British Muslim TikTok user has caused somewhat of an uproar among the Israel-haters – for documenting the truth about her experience arriving in Israel.
The problem? She had a rather pleasant experience.
This Muslim woman from the UK spoke about her pleasant experience at Ben Gurion airport upon arriving in Israel. Naturally, many Israel-haters were not happy about this! pic.twitter.com/StpePzzATo

The comments she has received from Jews and Israelis are overwhelmingly positive. The same cannot be said about those from Israel-haters, who cannot stand the idea of a Muslim not attacking Israel.

You can see from her watermelon emoji that this woman is no lover of Israel herself. But at least she is willing to speak honestly about her experience. And this is unforgivable for those invested in portraying Israel as an apartheid hellscape.
In another video, she reveals another positive truth about Israel – perhaps without thinking:

This is rather timely, given the amount of disinformation about Israel’s supposed shabby treatment of Muslims and but also Christians, especially around this time of the year.
But there’s more: in her most recent video, she shows herself eating what she calls “palestinian” snacks. But the Hebrew on many of them doesn’t lie:

And while she insists they are all “Palestinian”

she does let down her guard once:

Overall, she clearly enjoyed her time here

perhaps in spite of herself.
It’s the ultimate irony: she arrived with a watermelon emoji and left with a stomach full of Israeli snacks and a camera roll full of positive memories. The fact that her honest “travel vlog” feels like an act of betrayal to the Israel-haters says everything you need to know about their movement. If your worldview is threatened by a Muslim woman having a pleasant afternoon in Tel Aviv or Jerusalem, it wasn’t a very sturdy worldview to begin with.
