Yesterday I posted about two actors on the wrong side of history: “McDouchey” Patrick Dempsey and “Wokey Horror” Susan Sarandon.
The latter spoke at the Goya Awards, Spain’s main national annual film awards (and don’t get me started on Spain).
Someone else who spoke there was Aldo Comas, Spanish actor, producer and director, and his wife Macarena Gómez, the Spanish actress. But unlike Sarandon and the other virtue signaling, morally bankrupt entertainment figures, they were a breath of fresh air:
Spanish actor Aldo Comas blasted his woke colleagues for wearing Palestine watermelon pins at the Goya Awards while staying silent about tens of thousands of murdered Iranians.

“We’re jesters. Who are we to lecture people about politics?”

Damn straight!
Mind you, while this couple are absolutely correct in what they are saying, they missed a beat by not pointing out how these “Free Palestine” nincompoops are also hypocrites by effectively supporting the tyrants and terrorists of Hamas (and certainly not condemning them).
So yes, credit where it’s due: they spoke out. In an industry where conformity is currency, even a measure of moral clarity stands out. But if you’re going to challenge the mob, challenge all of it.
