Back in July, I posted how Jew-hater Kamran Hussain – owner of the recruitment business Catapult Recruitment – had initiated “standard legal takedown procedures” to have my posts exposing him taken down. As he claimed, my articles about him “are causing severe professional damage.”
Funnily enough, he did not even reference the antisemitism, rather focusing on my thesis that he was impersonating someone by the name of Maree Campbell.
Clearly, his efforts had failed and he is now sent a defamation complaint to Google – based on my post making fun of his attempt to censor me – this time bringing the antisemitism allegations into it.
Factual Inaccuracy and Serious Harm:
- False Allegations of Criminality: The text explicitly accuses me, [REDACTED] [REDACTED], of engaging in “Jew hate,” which constitutes a serious hate crime under United Kingdom legislation. These allegations are entirely fabricated, false, and made without a shred of objective or legal evidence. No criminal investigation, charge, or conviction exists to substantiate these claims.
- Identity Misattribution: The publication associates my name and my business, Catapult Recruitment, with malicious online activities, “sockpuppet” accounts, and targeted harassment. I categorically deny any involvement with these accounts or activities.
- Serious Financial and Professional Harm: Under Section 1 of the UK Defamation Act 2013, a statement is defamatory if its publication has caused or is likely to cause serious harm to the reputation of the claimant. As the owner of an active recruitment business, this article directly targets my professional identity. When potential clients or candidates search my name and business (“[REDACTED] [REDACTED] Catapult Recruitment”), this highly damaging and false article is prominently displayed. It has caused immediate, demonstrable, and severe financial harm to my commercial enterprise, as clients refuse to engage with an individual accused of false and baseless hate crimes.
As a host of this search index, Google is hereby put on notice that this URL publishes entirely false, defamatory, and harmful statements that severely impact my livelihood. I request that Google immediately de-index this specific URL from UK search results to mitigate ongoing unlawful damage to my reputation and business. …
Google has responded by informing me “we’re in the process of blocking certain URLs from your website from appearing in our Google Search results on the following country-level services: https://www.google.co.uk.” It points to the specific URL of my recent post.
I cannot find a way to appeal this decision, so I will respond by publishing this new post. And I will provide even more examples of Kamran Hussain’s Jew hatred, which he is still engaging in, and which he presumably would rather prospective clients did not see.

Now, if I am unable to appeal Google’s decision, Google UK will block my latest post about him from appearing in its search results. (I am actively seeking UK legal advice, and I would welcome contact from solicitors or media-law specialists with experience in defamation, search de-indexing, and online publication).
But the post will remain on my site. So will all my other posts about him. And anyone who would like to link to them and spread them far and wide is more than welcome to do so.
Bonus points for sharing them on LinkedIn and forums frequented by recruitment companies and their clients.
After all, if Kamran Hussain is concerned that prospective clients might see the things he publicly posts, perhaps the problem isn’t the person documenting them.
