A ‘human rights activist’ has been filmed attacking a woman and the punchlines practically write themselves:
🚨🚨 JUST NOW: Deranged Abdul Supporter tackled a Jewish girl (@basedinmalibu) at free speech event.

She was SWIFTLY arrested, resisted and then said “I SHOULD HAVE KILLED HER!!” As she was loaded into the police vehicle. pic.twitter.com/Sfs7ltt3Vs
You just have to love her admission she has already been in a mental hospital, as if that is a win… or faintly surprising.
But more about the incident: The victim of this deranged assault is Liz Benichou, a “conservative political commentator and content creator” who posted on Instagram that this occurred during a Liberty Under Fire USA tour stop “before she was even able to take her place at the event table.” She describes her attacker as “identified as a supporter of Abdul El-Sayed” and says she “intends to pursue criminal charges to the fullest extent of the law.”
Here is a version of the incident which shows the attacker going after someone else before she attacked Benichou:

As for the charming young woman, her name is Temulun Togochog and before being known for this violent assault, she was known for advocating for the rights of ethnic Mongolians living under Chinese rule in Inner Mongolia.
“We’re inspired by Temulun’s commitment to advocating for human rights, including freedom of belief, for her people and against the CCP’s repression.” Yeah, this post didn’t age well.
Neither did Temulun herself.
What happened to Mongolian freedom advocate Temulun Togochog who talked of freedom and rights for Mongolians under oppression?

What happened in 2 years time?

What happened in the intervening years to turn an articulate young woman who spoke passionately about freedom, repression and human rights into someone apparently willing to use violence against people whose politics she despises?
I don’t know. But there is something profoundly broken about a culture that can take someone who understood the evil of authoritarianism and seemingly teach her that authoritarian behavior is perfectly acceptable, provided you believe you’re one of the good guys.
