Antisemitic nothingburger Hash Tayeh has suffered yet another legal setback. Appealing the VCAT ruling that ordered him to pay Menachem Vorchheimer $10,000 compensation after his leading the chant “All Zionists are terrorists” amounted to racial and religious vilification of Jewish people, the court has ordered Tayeh to pay $45,000 into court as security for Menachem’s legal costs in the appeal. The security-for-costs issue arose in circumstances including Tayeh being an undischarged bankrupt and owing the Australian Taxation Office more than $1 million.
Hash Tayeh is not a happy camper, and has sprung into action like he does after every legal setback: begging for others to front the bill.

For our appeal to be heard, the Court of Appeal has required $45,000 to be lodged with the Court.

Note how Hash Tayeh is painting this as a fight against injustice, the right of not just him but others to fight for the rights of others. Pity the fools who believe this bovine excrement and are donating; he finds himself in this mess because he vilified at least 95% of Jews, and plenty of non-Jews, as terrorists. Freedom fighter standing up against injustice? Nope, I think he’s just a bankrupt bigot.
And I think Menachem should sue Hash for butchering his name. Just saying.
Of course, if Hash wants to beg for money, he could have asked his followers to help with the $10,000 he owes and leave it at that. But apparently he prefers to drag others down with him.
One has to laugh at Hash explaining that Jews and Zionists are not the same thing. Besides the chutzpah of a non-Jew getting to decide what is and what isn’t a Jew and Zionist, it is not like he hasn’t shown contempt for both.
Then again, Hash Tayeh does tend to speak out of both sides of his piehole.
