Thousands were out this evening in Jerusalem, Israel. Traffic near the Old City was heavy, moving very slowly.
The weather was perfect, but the scene was not the usual summer holiday one.
Only one Arab couple was walking toward the Old City at Jaffa Gate. There were fewer Arab vendors.
Did they miss a warning memo?
Gaza was firing rockets again.
Hamas had broken an 11th cease fire.
In 4 1/2 hours, a rocket would be aimed at them.
