1. Is this not proof that the PLO Arabs draw inspiration from the Nazis?

Not quite. As a matter of fact the jury is still out on if the nazis drew inspiration from the pre-PLO arabs or viceversa.
More likely proof that they, like the Nazis and loads of others, draw their inspiration from the Romans. It’s essentially a Roman “Ave” which was stolen by the Nazis (as was the Eagle symbol, also used by the Palestinians and lots of Arab states).
We’re still in the Roman galut, man.
