Not Amused

Hamas describes the devastating effect of the Gaza fuel shortages and consequent electricity cuts.

Due to fuel shortages, the power stations in Gaza have been gravely destabilized a fact that causes daily power outages of 10 to 20 hours. Meanwhile, many families have run out of cooking gas, and are now forced to cook their meals using bonfires and coal in the backyard.

Thankfully, the 10-20 hours of power outages have seemingly not prevented the running of Gaza’s most critical operations.
