Rosh Hashanah – the Jewish New Year – starts tonight. It is a two-day festival, which is then followed immediately by the Jewish Sabbath, so you won’t see me around these parts until at least Saturday night.
I would like to take this opportunity to wish my readers a happy, healthy and prosperous year.
