Yet Another Blood Libel Busted

Fresh from exposing the lie of the “brother’s blood”, Israeli blogger A Mother In Israel uncovered yet another one being disseminated bya tweeter going by the name Syrian Commando.

As you can see, the same child – purportedly a boy named Ala’a Habroosh killed by Assad’s forces in Syria – was featured in a tweet from over a week ago.

Methinks Syrian Commando – being a pro-Assad Syrian and all – was all too familar with the real context of the photo and knowingly used it to deflect the blame towards Israel. Heck, it’s a tactic that has been working for decades in the Arab world.

  1. I am a Christian, and I love Israel and the Jewish people. When I lived in Cuba, I went to school with a lot of Jewish children. As of today, I keep in touch with most of them and I will always cherish our friendship. Also, when I came to the USA, the best jobs, treatment and friendships has been given to me by Jewish people, friends, bosses, companies, etc. I cry with you when you are attacked and will admire you until I die. I am always praying for all of you. I love you and will always admire all of you!!

    God be with you.
