Bruce Springsteen Admits He “Really Needs To Play” In Israel

My day has been made. BDS-holes? Likely ruined.

bruce-springsteenLifelong Springsteen fan Amy Kalman, a mother of four who moved to Jerusalem from Toronto in the early 1980s, told The Times of Israel on Thursday that she had flown in just for the day from Israel for the rare opportunity to get a few seconds of one-on-one time with Springsteen at the signing.

“When we met, I said to him, ‘I just want you to know that I’ve flown in for the day from Israel,’” Kalman told The Times of Israel.

“And he said, ‘Well, that gets a hug.’”

Kalman went on: “I’d been thinking on the plane about, how could I say to him, nu, play in Israel already. But I didn’t get to say any of that because he immediately said, ‘I really need to play there.’”

“And I said, ‘Yes, you really do!’”

Like a boss The Boss.

  1. What is not racist about Jews ONLY illegal settlements in the West Bank? How would Israelis feel if Palestinians wanted to set up Jewish free settlements in Israel?

There are plenty of “No Jews Allowed” Arab settlements in Judea and Samaria, and in pre-1967 Israel. And many of those have been built post-Oslo in violation of the Oslo accords, on land that the Arabs don’t own, as opposed to the Jewish ‘settlements’ built on land that Jews bought and paid for.
Apart from that, about 25% of Israel’s population is Arab, but Abbas demands a state that would have no Jews living there, working there, or even visiting. And the Clinton and Obama administrations, along with the UN and the EU, back that demand. So spare us your bleating about double standards.
