A PLO Arab has emailed me, wanting to assure me that they do not have a problem with Jews. Just a Jewish state.
Hey there,
How are you? Hope you are “well”.
Thank you. But I can’t tell what exactly you mean by “well”, given the quotation marks. But I will assume this is a genuine concern for my wellbeing, so thank you.
I have no clue what so ever who is reading this but all i have to say is that palestinians have no problem with jews. It is not a “religious” conflict.
I beg to differ, since your people have not only killed Jews but also desecrated our religious sites, your clerics refer to Jews as “monkeys and pigs”, and your leaders deny the Jewish conection to the land of Israel.
The problem is that there is NO such thing as “Israel”!
That is interesting, because I could have sworn that Israel is a state that was established in 1948. And if you believe in the Old Testament and G-d, you will see that Israel existed back then too.
The jews are welcome to the land of Palestine, to live with the Muslims and Christians.. but the country is Palestine not “Israel”
Why thank you. But the last time I looked, the country was Israel. A country called “Palestine” has never existed.
How is this difficult to comprehend?
Perhaps because you cannot even tolerate a few settlements in the land that is currently under your control. You insist that the land be Judenrein, and that these settlements are obstacles to peace. And on numerous occasions, when a Jewish person has mistakenly wandered into land under your control, your people have shown their great love and hospitality. So excuse me for not having much faith in the idea of a PLO Arab state that welcomes Jews.
But anyway, please keep in mind that there is a good number of young highly educated palestinians who will do anything and everything to ensure that this land is called Palestine and who ever lives in it is called a palestinian no matter what his/her religion is.
Nagham… A palestinian….
I am well aware of this. I am reminded each time there is a terrorist attack.
Dave…an Israeli (and planning to remain here for a long time to come)

you should have told him not to make offers he cannot keep and told him look up the PLO charter and the HAMAS promises of yassin and rantissi.
Another subject widely ignored by westerners.
How many times has arafat promised to ammend the PLO charter ?
