Gay pride and tolerance marched through the streets of Jerusalem, Israel today.
More accurately, it was the 12th annual Jerusalem March for Pride and Tolerance.
But most call it The Gay Parade, or another royal traffic pain in some body part.
The march ended in The Wohl Rose Garden,
where a bandstand was set up so the Knesset was the background.
Security was tight in the park, Mohammad was called over to search my bag.
Around four thousand people walked on the rainbow flag lined the route.
Other than one guy wearing white butterfly wings, the clothing was boring,
a few red tee shirts was as exciting as it got.
Some walked to music of well known songs about Jerusalem.
The march was not well advertised long in advance.
There were no counter protests along the way.
Looks like I was not the only one who thought the beautiful police horses were the best part.
