It doesn’t mean that every single person raised in the cauldron of hate that seethes within our neighbours’ borders will grow up to do this. But a disproportionately high number will.
I don’t believe man is inherently evil: I believe our souls are revolted by taking another life. I believe it takes a tremendous amount of indoctrination to overcome this. And I believe that day in, day out, this indoctrination is being fed to the children next door to us.
That is the greatest act of collective child abuse imaginable.
