UPDATE: As David Guy has pointed out below in the comments, the image is actually the work of a “Political Cartoonist” who goes by the name of “Mr Fish” and the work dates back to 2009. So the work has has been co-opted to illustrate the moronic point of the original tweeter. Still, takes a special brand of evil moron to have the gall to so proudly put stuff like this out there. As for the “cartoonist”….
