This angelic little boy was Daniel Tragerman, a four year old Israeli killed after a Hamas mortar directly hit a car near his home.
At first, the IDF claimed the mortar came from an UNRWA school, but later retracted this and said the launch site was in Hamas’s control.
After hearing about the child’s death, UNRWA’s Chris Gunness was preoccupied with denying UNRWA were involved.
UNRWA categorically denies that the weapon that killed the Israeli child today was fired from an UNRWA installation RT

Call on Israeli Spokespeople to check first with UNRWA before publishing falsehood & damaging their credibility further RT — Chris Gunness (@ChrisGunness) August 23, 2014
It took a whole 11 hours after his first tweet on the incident, for Gunness to think about the small boy and condemn his killing, albeit in the “qualified” way to which we have become accustomed from the anti-Israel side.
Condemn the killing of 1st Israeli child in this conflict. Condemn killing of nearly 500 children in Gaza RT

Others, like Free Gaza’s Mary Hughes-Thompson, saw fit to mock his death.
Hey #Bibi, why were that toddler’s parents using their child as a human shield by placing him in a war zone?
