A Palestinian man from Tubas in the northern West Bank died from a strain of swine flu on Tuesday, in the third death caused by the virus this year, the Palestinian Authority Ministry of Health said.
The ministry said in a statement that the 40-year-old man had been receiving treatment for the H1N1 virus in an Israeli hospital.
It added that H1N1 has killed three Palestinians from the West Bank in 2016 so far and hospitalized around 320 Palestinians.
