Guess who’s coming to dinner?
Trayon White Sr., the Washington, DC councilman who suggested on Facebook that rich Jews control the weather, will attend a Passover seder, it was reported Monday.
White will attend the first-night seder of another Council of the District of Columbia member, Elissa Silverman, The Washington Post reported. He received invitations from numerous Jewish leaders to attend their seders in the wake of his statements about “the Rothschilds,” and has also been invited to have a dialogue by many Jewish leaders in the city, according to the report.
I am assuming the “numerous Jewish leaders” do not include the Rothschilds themselves.
I’m just wondering whether this is such a good idea. I mean, he may feel vindicated when he gets to the Ten Plagues and sees they included a hail storm.
