The following was posted on an antisemitic Facebook group called TRUTHERS AGAINST ZIONISTS LOBBIES (hat tip: Tommy).
Clearly it is utterly libelous – for a start, had this actually occurred, it would not be confined to lame memes but be all over the history books.
One proof of this being a malicious lie designed to hurt the Jewish people is the photo used in the meme itself.
It is a scene from a 1919 American silent movie called Ravished Armenia, also known as Auction of Souls, based on the autobiographical book Ravished Armenia by Arshaluys (Aurora) Mardiganian. It depicts the 1915 Armenian Genocide by the Ottoman Empire.
Here it is in an advertisement for the movie; Note how Jewish rabbis of the time actually endorsed the movie, and probably never anticipated it would be used one day to claim we were responsible for the real life events depicted in it.
You can see the scene in the film itself here:
So there you have it. Yet another blood libel against the Jewish people debunked.
By the way, the Facebook group in which this was posted is full of anti-Israel material, and this is its banner at the time of this post:
