Director Guy Ritchie, who has just directed Aladdin, was interviewed by Israel’s Ynet and insisted on the entire thing being conducted in Hebrew!
In case you are wondering how he knows Hebrew, Guy used to be married to Madonna, and the two of them got into Kabbalah. That kick-started his interested in Hebrew, which he has studied for the past 15 years through a private teacher, a former Haifa resident.
This is not even his first interview in Hebrew – he did the same thing at the time his movie King Arthur was released.
We would have been better off having Guy at Eurovision than his ex.
