It is not clear what Bonnie means she is here “for love.” The hashtag #maya4flower may offer a clue: is she dating an Israeli called Maya? (according to Wikipedia, she was engaged to a male and fellow Harry Potter actor in the past). Is the love she refers to something to do with her environmental activism and Maya is just a fellow activist? Or perhaps the love is for Israel! (here’s hoping).
Whatever the reason, she is enduring a barrage of abuse in the comments to her post, from the antisemites and Israel haters, who take umbrage with her visiting Israel and even using the word “Israel.”
