Actually, it has also been posted by others including Quds News Network (before their Twitter account was suspended).
Naturally, it is not exactly what they claim.
One of the other reverse image search results is this:
That surname appears to be Armenian, appearing in this book on the cruel treatment of the Armenians at the hands of the Turks.
And sure enough, here is another photo of the same family:

It is amazing how low they will stoop to pass off others as their own.
