According to Israeli reporter Carmel Dangor, a palestinian Arab boy was throwing stones at Israeli vehicles near Ofra, and accidentally hit a vehicle in which Israeli Arabs were traveling. An eyewitness saw the Israeli Arabs get out of the vehicle and beat the stone thrower. To make matters worse for him, the IDF arrived and arrested him.
