As tweeter Imshin explains, this is from the Gaza YouTube channel “The Authentic Palestinian Kitchen,” and it is teaching us how to make a plaited bread loaf that “some people call Khobz as-Sabet (= Shabbat or Saturday bread).”
Of course, us Jews know this as Challah – the bread we eat on the Jewish Shabbat.
And not just us Jews.
Update: No doubt, they will also accuse us of culturally appropriating the Shlissel Challah.
