My friend and occasional Israellycool contributor Jono is planning a vacation to Iceland, and he tried booking an Airbnb here:
Let’s just say customer service does not seem to be their strong point.
Or not being bigots.
If that wasn’t bad enough, Airbnb’s response was disgraceful:
A slap on the wrist for displaying such hatred and discrimination is not an appropriate response. This business should have immediately been struck off Airbnb.
But not to worry. We can make a difference by publicizing the nastiness of this specimen, and leaving reviews on the site.
Not to mentioning contacting Airbnb to let them know this cannot fly.
Hatred cannot be allowed to prosper.
