The last few days has seen some severe flooding in parts of Israel and the palestinian-controlled areas, as strong storms have hit the area.
While I have not (yet) seen the palestinian Arabs blame the flooding on Israel, the Ministry of Agriculture in the Gaza Strip has reportedly taken precautions and measures for the “possibility of the occupation opening ferries and dams.” That accusation is an oldie but a goodie.
Besides this hint of a flood libel (see what I did there?), we have seen something quite unprecedented.
The Minister of Local Government, Majdi Al-Saleh, told “Voice of Palestine”: “Who caused the aftermath?
The occupation of Gaza should have known the consequences, and they should divert the money to repair the infrastructure instead of going to other underground channels.”
That is the PA blaming Hamas for diverting money away that could have been used to repair infrastructure to terror tunnels. Which can only mean one thing.
They read Israellycool!
