Earlier today, I posted about the Vice President of Australia Palestine Advocacy Network Nasser Mashni’s Racial Discrimination complaint against the Australian Government over its support of Israel.
As I mentioned in the post, he is being represented by Sydney law firm, Birchgrove Legal, whose Principal Solicitor is one Moustafa Kheir.
Not surprisingly, Kheir is himself quite the Israel-hater. His Twitter timeline is full of anti-Israel material, including retweeting serial liars Quds News Network and CJ Werleman.
On occasion, Kheir has even made vile Israel-Nazi comparisons:

As a reminder, “Drawing comparisons of contemporary Israeli policy to that of the Nazis” falls under the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance’s working definition of antisemitism.
And think about it logically. Tweeting “Puzzled at how quickly zionists forget” with photos from the Holocaust of murdered Jews makes pretty clear he is referring to Jews when he writes “Zionists.” Comparing us to our murderers is one of the most offensive, antisemitic things one can do.
It certainly makes way more sense that these tweets be considered antisemitism than the Australian government’s support of Israel be considered racial discrimination against his client.
