Israel-Haters Cancel Supermodel Gigi Hadid For Expressing Sorrow Over Loss of Innocent Israeli Life

In a recent Instagram story, supermodel Gigi Hadid – who is certainly no lover of Israel (to put it mildly) – spoke out against Thursday’s Tel Aviv terror attack:

Many Israel supporters have applauded Gigi Hadid for her post, but for me, it is the bare minimum. Are we really at the stage where expressing sorry for the loss of innocent lives is a “wow” moment? It probably speaks more to the low expectations we have for Israel-haters like Gigi Hadid than anything else.

Let’s look at the wording of her post, which stops short of being of a condemnation of palestinian Arab terror (she does not even use the word “condemn”). “What happened in Tel Aviv” was not some tragedy that just happened, but was perpetrated by palestinian Arabs; while it might be “disappointing” to some palestinian Arabs, it was clearly a cause of celebration to so many; and is “disappointment” really a good enough response anyway? I would have thought “repulsed” and “aggrieved” would be more appropriate.

Having said that, the mere fact Gigi Hadid did not embrace this terrorism was too much to bear for many Israel-haters:

You see, Gigi? Their disappointment is not with the terror attack but with you for opposing it!

It speaks volumes about these people that Gigi Hadid opposing “disappointing” terrorism and expressing the view that Israeli lives matter makes her cancel-worthy to them. Her years of helping cultivate hatred towards the Jewish state apparently count for nothing now.

If this is not evil, I do not know what is.

Meanwhile, father Mohamed’s “condemnation” of the terror attack was even more piss-poor than his daughter’s:

I should remind him, he could have very well been a victim of this terrorism.
