A look at Moncher’s social media shows he, not surprisingly, hates Israel. But wishing death on Jewish Israelis would normally indicate a real intense hatred of Jews, despite the occasional “I am anti-Zionist-not-antisemitic” post:

Alas, Moncher really cannot keep his Jew hatred completely hidden:

Wishing death on more people is always disturbing, but it is especially disturbing when coming from someone in the medical field; specifically an ambulance driver for Medex Ambulance Services in Skokie:


I shudder to think what would happen if he was called out to a synagogue, for instance. Would he take his time deliberately?
That could, after all, “pump those numbers up.”
Update 31/7/2022: I received the following email from MedEx:

He was never involved in ambulance or patient care and his employment as a Driver ended over a month ago (in June 2022).
