In what is probably not the best timing in the world for someone who likely wants to “get away from all the stress,” actress Amber Heard – fresh off her defamation trial with Johnny Depp – has been spotted in Israel.
I am certainly not going to inject myself into that entire thing, but the reason for me even bringing it up is this Daily Mail report:

Amber Heard was spotted walking around Israel and dining at a central Tel Aviv cafe on Monday with her friend, Eve Barlow, the controversial Zionist journalist who got herself banned from the Johnny Depp defamation trial.
Why is Eve Barlow being a Zionist even relevant?
I have said it a few times and I will say it again. Zionism is one of the most misused words there is.
And on this Tisha Be-Av, as Jews around the world mourn the destruction of our Temples thousands of years ago, the true meaning of being a Zionist has never been clearer.
Update: The headline has been changed, but they got it wrong:

Eve Barlow is Scottish, not Israeli. Perhaps they meant to write Jewish, but that is entirely irrelevant.
They also removed the word “Zionist” from the subsequent paragraph.
