University of Adelaide Student Magazine On Dit Calls for ‘Death to Israel’ Through ‘Merciless’ Terrorism

While the University of Melbourne student union’s antisemitic, pro-terror motion got a fair bit of media coverage a few weeks ago, elsewhere in Australia another group of university students disgraced themselves with their unhinged hatred of Israel, and escaped public scrutiny.

Hopefully that changes now.

The following was published in an article titled For Palestine, There is No Ceasefire, in the University of Adelaide’s ‘On Dit’ magazine (hat tip: AUJS).

This disgraceful article calling for the elimination of the Jewish state made clear how this would be achieved when shared on Facebook: terrorism.

The author of the piece is Habibah Jaghoori, journalism student and one of On Dit’s editors, who is proud to be using her platform to spread these lies and hate.

The above post links to another vile article of hers, which calls for “merciless” terrorism.

It is much of the same on Twitter, where she spreads a desire not just for the destruction of Israel, but the US and the entire West:

All while enjoying the benefits of the West, of course.

While I believe in free speech, inciting violence and genocide crosses the line.

And share this article far and wide so the media gets wind of it.

Update: I wonder what she means by ‘everything’…

Update: Oh, the irony.

Update 1/9/22: Both the University of Adelaide and Jaghoori respond.

Update 2/9/22: University of Adelaide’s Student Represenative Council shot down a motion to remove the article and have the antisemitic terror supporter apologize.

Update 2/9/22: Medium have removed the article from its platform, leading to a defiant On Dit reproducing it on Facebook.

Update 4/9/22: It turns out Jaghoori shills for Iran and has even worked for an Iranian radio station.

Update 14/9/22: Jaghoori has been stood down as On Dit’s editor because of her conduct subsequent to the article. She has also fallen for a parody account.

Update 15/9/22: Jaghoori lashes out on Twitter, including against yours truly.

Update 19/9/22: On Dit defends Jaghoori again.
