A Despicable Palestinian Terror Attack Followed By Despicable Reactions

Last night on the Jewish Sabbath, a palestinian Arab terrorist arrived outside the Ateret Avraham synagogue in the Jerusalem neighborhood of Neve Yaakov and opened fire at people walking nearby, murdering seven and injured three others.

The victims so far identified (may their memories forever be for a blessing):

Clockwise from top right: Asher Natan, 14, Eli, 48, and Natali Mizrahi, 45, Ilya Sosansky, 26, Rafael Ben Eliyahu, 56, Irina Korolova, and Shaul Hai, 68.

I heard about the murder rampage in synagogue this morning, when a good friend of mine who normally sits at the front, came to sit near me at the back, next to a window. I thought it was to get fresh air on the abnormally warm Winter morning we were having. He confided to me it was because he had heard about the terror attack, and wanted to be able to see who was entering our synagogue just in case (he is armed).

As usual when Jewish Israelis are murdered by coldblooded terrorists, the evil of the world show themselves. Like the many palestinian Arabs, who celebrated:

and our so-called “peace partners” of the PA, who said they “hold the Israeli occupation government fully responsible for the dangerous escalation that the situation has reached due to its crimes.”

But the despicable reactions were not confined to the palestinian Arabs.

For example, Amnesty International disgraced themselves with a series of tweets that started with a condemnation of the terror attack that “can never be justified”…before comparing it to killing of (mostly terrorist) palestinian Arabs this year, followed by attacking us for so-called “apartheid”:

Israel-hater Ariel Gold blamed the attack on the “despair” of palestinian Arabs, as well as our government containing Kahanists “who worship the memory of Baruch Goldstein”

(for the record, the overwhelming majority of Israeli society – including yours truly – were sickened by Goldstein’s murderous act, and we did not see scenes of Jews celebrating like the above celebrating palestinian Arabs).

Faux journalist and real antisemite CJ Werleman also blamed the attack on Israel, claiming she “deliberately put its citizens in harm’s way.”

(It sounds to me like he thinks having Israeli civilians live near palestinian Arabs puts the Israelis in danger. So he is a bigot against palestinian Arabs as well as against Jews).

On a progressive news hour show to which he was invited to comment, antisemitic Jew Richard Silverstein “put the terror attack in context”, the context being our operations that have resulted in the killing of mostly terrorists. He called our actions “more heinous” than this slaughter of innocent Jews at a house of worship.

Israel-hater and former journalist Jennine Khalik lamented the media coverage of the slaughter, while basically justifying it, calling it “dehumanising” to expect “Palestinians to remain mum and submit to decades of unrelenting violence, brutality and murder”:

But as vile as these reactions were, antisemite Suhair Nafal actually celebrated the murderous carnage:

28/1/23 21:00: In contrast to the above evil, we have Fadi, a palestinian Arab Muslim from Beit Hanina who works for Magen David Adom as a paramedic, and was the first to arrive at the scene of the attack:

28/1/23 21:32: Rep. Rashida Tlaib “both sides-d” it:

but not before this even more appalling tweet:

28/1/23 22:45: Israel-hater NBC’s Ayman Mohyeldin, folks

28/1/23 23:05: This tweet from Israel-hater Mariam Barghouti is apparently not parody:
