On Friday, I drew attention to a Sky News Australia interview with Nasser Mashni, the president of the Australia Palestine Advocacy Network (APAN). I noted how media savvy, softly spoken, articulate and presenting well in his suit he was, yet he could not bring himself to condemn Hamas.
Fast forward to today, where Mashni was one of the speakers at the “Palestine” rally in Melbourne, which APAN organized. Gone was the softly spoken guy in the suit trying to appeal to Sky News Australia’s audience as much as possible (without condemning Hamas, of course). Rather, appeared the real Mashni, the angry guy in a keffiyeh (aka terror scarf) speaking about ‘resistance’ and contradicting other things he said in the interview. Bonus: he revealed how he understood the importance of putting on a “face” to the media. .
I know I am repeating myself when I say everything about the so-called palestinian cause is a lie and those supporting it need to be dishonest in order to advance it. Mashni is just one example among thousands.
