27/10/23 8:30: Despite the uncanny similarities in appearance, it seems the guy in the hospital bed is not Saleh Aljafarawi. There are claims it is someone else entirely, and not from Gaza:

One is Saleh Aljafarawi from Gaza who can be found on Instagram, and the other is Mohammed Zendiq, 16, from the West Bank, who lost his leg at a hospital in July. pic.twitter.com/Y8778yaxFQ
I have confirmed this does seem to be the case.
This changes only the fact he did not pretend to be injured in hospital. It does not change the fact he is a crisis actor producing Hamas propaganda.
