Somehow it is what I would expect from a guy who literally looks like a Batman villain.
And perhaps he is.
Jordanian MP Khalil Attiya stirred controversy on Sunday after calling for a new amnesty law to include those convicted of rape.
During a legislative session Attiya demanded rape, molestation, kidnapping and other crimes be included in the new bill being presented to the House of Representatives for discussion and approval.
The question is, is this general rage against Israel or because he blames the Mossad for stealing his neck?
